Borrowing From the Library Collection
Undergraduates in 1st, 2nd or 3rd year may borrow up to a total of fifteen items for one week at a time.
Fourth years may borrow up to thirty items for four weeks.
Loans may be renewed twice online as long as no-one has requested the item be held for them.
Items in high demand may be automatically recalled and loan periods shortened.
Reserve items may borrowed for 2 hours or overnight. Late returns are fined at $2/hour or part thereof.
Reference books, Journals and Pamphlets may be used only in the Library.
Access to certain Collections such as Rare Books and Australiana is by prior approval only.
Generally, most of an undergraduate's needs should be met by the Main Collection.
Fines on Overdue Items
| Collection | Fine per Item |

Main Collection | $1 per day |
Reserve | $2 per hour |
Cancellation of Privileges
Accrued fines of $15 or more cancel borrowing privileges until the fines are paid in full.
Paying Fines
Fines may be paid in cash at the Circulation Desk. The Library is unable to provide change; please ensure you have the correct amount. Alternatively, you may pay by EFTPOS, Credit Card or BPAY at the College Reception Desk. You will need to fill in the Payment of Library Fine form and follow its instructions.
