Membership Policy
Borrowing From the Library Collection
The public are free to come and browse the collection. Borrowing rights and use of the facilities are only available to active members.
The general public are eligibe to become members for a period of 6 or 12 months after payment of a fee.

Members may borrow up to a total of ten items for one week at a time.
Loans may be renewed twice online as long as no other members have requested the item. Renewals are a privilege, not a right!
Reserve items may borrowed for 2 hours or overnight. Late Returns are fined at $2/hour or part thereof.
Refence books, Journals and Pamphlets may be used only in the Library.
Access to certain Collections such as Rare Books and Australiana is by prior approval only.
Fines on Overdue Items

Cancellation of Privileges
Accrued fines of $15 or more cancel borrowing privileges until the fines are paid in full.
Paying Fines
Fines may be paid in cash at the Circulation Desk. The Library is unable to provide change; please ensure you have the correct amount. Alternatively, you may pay by EFTPOS, Credit Card or BPAY at the College Reception Desk. You will need to fill in the Payment of Library Fine form and follow its instructions.
