Services to Alumni of Moore College
Membership Policy
Alumni of Moore College are eligibe to join the Library for a period of 6 or 12 months after payment of a discounted fee.

Borrowing From the Library Collection
Once joined, alumni may borrow up to a total of fifteen items for two weeks at a time from the Main and Stack collection, including DVDs, CDs and Cassettes.
If a current student or staff member of Moore College places a hold on an item you have checked out, it may be recalled. You will always be guaranteed at least a one week loan period.
Loans may be renewed twice, online or by staff, as long as no other members have requested the item.
Reserve items may borrowed for 2 hours or overnight. Heavy fines apply for late returns!
Refence books, Journals and Pamphlets are not available for loan, but may be used in the Library.
Access to the Closed Collections such as Rare Books and Australiana is by prior approval only.

Cancellation of Privileges
Accrued fines of $15 or more cancel borrowing privileges until the fines are paid in full.
Paying Fines
Fines may be paid in cash at the Circulation Desk. The Library is unable to provide change; please ensure you have the correct amount. Alternatively, you may pay by EFTPOS, Credit Card or BPAY at the College Reception Desk. You will need to fill in the Payment of Library Fine form and follow its instructions.
